The cause for this issue could be:

• The outer temperature is too low.

• Inside the vehicle, there is a temperature like or lower than the temperature set on the remote control

• The air conditioner is not able to reach the target temperature due to door or windows opening and will then stop itself.

• Icing sensor has tripped.
