Temperature Specifications
Dometic RV absorption cooling unit refrigerators are held to ANSI (Americana National Standards Institute) standards.
If the refrigerator is installed to specifications (link to installation requirements), the fresh food compartment should be at 43 degrees Fahrenheit (6.1 degrees C) or less, and the freezer compartment should be 15 degrees Fahrenheit (-9.4 degrees C) or less.
Recording liquid substance temperatures is the most accurate form of testing.
