Awning works with switch not key fob

Key fob batteries

When pressing any button on the key fob you should see the small red light illuminate. If the light does not illuminate, replace the batteries in the key fob.

If the red light does illuminate but the patio awning does not respond with the key fob, ensure there are not error codes present on the control box LEDs.

If there are no error codes present on the control box, the key fob may need programmed. Press and release the "Program Button" (location varies from 1st to 2nd generation Weather Pro), then press and hold the "Patio Open" button for 4 seconds.
