Try this solution

Charge the battery

Disconnect the cooler from the power source (vehicle starter battery, external battery or solar pannel)

Test the voltage of the power source

Charge the power source as needed

Connect the cooler back

NOTICE!Danger of damage
Disconnect the cooler from the battery before connecting the battery to a quick charging device to avoid the risk of overvoltage. Overvoltage can damage the electronics of the cooler.
