The interior walls of the cooler have ice

Try this solution

Defrost your cooler

Humidity can form frost in the interior of the cooler, which reduces its cooling capacity.

Follow the guide to defrost your cooler.

1

Take out the contents of the cooler

If necessary, place them in another cooling device to keep them cool.

2

Switch off the device by pressing the ON/OFF button for three seconds

3

Leave the lid open and wait for the ice to melt

NOTICE!Risk of damage
Never use hard or pointed tools to remove ice or to loosen objects which have frozen on the walls. Hard or pointed tools can damage the cooler.
4

Wipe off the defrosted water
