Press the control knob for 2 seconds to reset the error. You should hear a beep.

Change the internal batteries
If the vehicle’s own 12 V DC battery power supply is unavailable or if the power
supply is cut off while the appliance is in operation, the electronic control unit automatically switches over to the internal battery power (if batteries are inserted).
The compartments for the battery packs (accessories) are located on the right and
left under the operating element. A total of 12 AA batteries are needed.
