What are the recommended temperatures for refrigerating and freezing?
Our recommendation for optimized performance vs energy consumption is the following:
5F (-15C) for freezing
39F (4C) for refrigeration
Note: - even small increases/decreases in internal temperature settings can affect energy consumption.
