Try this solution

Try the following

  1. Check battery voltage and ensure it is less than 16.5 V. If battery voltage is higher than 16.5 V either a wrong battery is connected or battery is broken.

  2. Replace battery with battery that sup- plies DC power according to techni- cal data (see data plate).

  3. In case vehicle is connected to AC power check if battery is charging.

  4. If battery is charging check charging voltage (must be lower than 16.5 V to assure proper function whilst charging).

Possible cause: Battery voltage high
